is there a way to stay more than 6 months in cape verde if you dont have a residency visa ?

let’s say you overstayed your last entry with 3 months using a multiple entry visa for 6 months so you stayed 9 months in total , will they let you enter cape verde on your next arrival 2 weeks later ?

they calculate the time spend in cape verde beginning 1 of january and ending 31 december ?

what is the right startegy to spend as much time you want ?
