What type of neighborhood would like to live in:

Quiet? Upper class? Near the City? Near the beaches close to Lake Tanganyika?

I would advise you to take up a monthly rental.
And what is budget range? How much would you like to spend on your monthly rent?

And when do you need it? Or when will arrive in the country because I might be going to Nairobi after Christmas.
