From Hanoi, offer apartment to rent for 2 month

I'm new here and wonder if there is anybody living in Hanoi wishing to have a chat with me. I'm a professional tourist....and spended some time in Hanoi, escaping from cold Switzerland and job (TV cameraman) for a while. I can write in french and italian.
Hope to have some words from people here in Hanoi.
I will have to go back for 2 month in Switzerland so if anybody wants to rent my apartment here are some details:

To rent in Hanoi from 1rst march to 30th april 2008. Well situated in Cat Linh Street (in front of Hotel Horison), one big room with kitchenette, big terrasse, good security. Its on 6th floor (elevator). Very calm (usually not easy to be away from noise of Hanoi streets) I can do pictures for anyone interested.
Rent is 350 usd a month + ADSL + water (10 usd) + electricity ( don't know how much yet...)
Motorbike to rent for 50 usd/month. Pretty good deal as its very difficult to find short time lease in Hanoi.
