I am looking for a professional person that can do American women hair that can work with natural hair biracial hair . Who is gentle not rough maybe can do a silk press and some braids or something.
I am not looking for any chemical relaxers or perms Just something simple and that the wont charge a huge fee but will do a nice job

I go to TOI in Zamalek, I usually have a cut and colour. No appointment necessary. I've always been very happy with them. It is expensive, same as I would pay in UK
About 1500le for cut and colour.
I had it cut in Mansoura one time and it was awful. It took 4 further haircuts to get my hair right. So I prefer to pay more for a better outcome. So I travel from mansou to Cairo for a haircut now. Crazy I know!!
I think they have other branches.
