Hopefully after living in Malaysia for the past 11 years you can easily find friends. I lived there for 12 years and had lots and lots of friends. If you are looking for that special close friend then why not try using a dating App? You could also try placing an ad in the classifieds section at the top of the page or join a photo club or something like that.
