hello everyone,
My wife is a Saudi citizen on a residence visa in Ireland. Her mother died this morning. She wants to travel to Jeddah tomorrow.
Does anyone know if there are restrictions on exiting Saudi due to COVID? She wants to return to her work in Ireland after the trip. She does not want to get stuck in Saudi until the covid crisis ends.

So far there are no commercial flights operating regularly to Saudi. As a citizen, she can try to get on the repatriation flights through her Embassy but it is a one way trip and she won't be able to come until normal flight operations resume. And no one knows as to when that is likely to happen.
