Hi everyone,
I was planning to get marry an egytian guy but the lawyer from egypt ask me to prepare some documents including this delegation letter which I authorize him to do our marriage procedure legally in egypt. Can somebody help me how to do it. Should I need to affidavit that letter in the lawyer in my country? Thank you in advance.

I think it well be a Power of Attorney, Its better to ask him to draft it an send it to you in both languages Arabic and English, and you can issue it from your country then get it attested from the Egyptian Embassy at your country in order to be valid for use at the authorities inhere.

Here it is called a tokeill and when a lawyer has it he can do any thing here you need but be sure to put in comments only for marriage documents nothing else so he can not do any thing else and cost 400 pounds $23 no more
