Shopping in Budapest

Hello dear members,

I guess this could be an interesting topic. I invite all members in Budapest (both locals & expats) to share their daily/weekly/monthly experience about shopping. You may also include some shopping tips/suggestions!

So can you please share with us:

>Where do you usually go for shopping?
(Shopping for basic products like Food, Vegetables, Meat)

>What are your favorite shopping malls/complex or boutique?
(Where you usually go to relax or to buy your clothing stuffs, shoes and other shopping related products!)

Awaiting for your contribution ;)

Best Regards

We try to use the local markets to buy vegetables and meat. Clothing, shoes usually in shopping malls and smaller boutiques. Relaxing means weekend trips for us mostly. There is plenty to see and do here...

Hi gaja!

Thanks for your help ;)

Hi,

For basic food stuff I usually go to Tesco, Interspar, Coop, etc. They are located at many places within Budapest.

For clothes, chilling, etc, there are several good shopping malls like WestEnd City Center which is located next Nyugati Train Station. There are other malls like Arkad Mall, Arena Plaza, etc.

:top:

If anybody is interested I finally found a daily deal site in English :D That's one thing that I really missed from home :D
