Is RM 10500 per month is good in Penang for 7.5 years Exp in IT

Dear All,

Recently I got offer from IT firm with 10,500 RM per month in Penang.

I am married and having  1 year kid. At kick start  I planned to stay alone for 1year then  will bring my family to Penang.

Am having housing loan EMI around 2500 RM.  I could see Tax will be 28% for 6 month from community.

Am neither expensive nor low to spend for my lift style and am an average  (food,restaurant,travel, Cloths & other spending)

My current take Home is 85k INR.

After all my  expenses for  House,Food,Transport, utilities (mobile,Water etc) will that be manageable & Can i save money  ?

Also some one can suggest me to take home in with average cost for single

This is first time I will be travelling out of india.

Any of your valuable inputs,suggestions..
