i want to start a cyber cafe,complete setup,what s procedure to setup a cybercafe.

Well, I must say a cyber cafe business is already packed in Malaysia plus everyone tend to use Streamyx(Phone line with internet) or even a broadband so the idea to open up a cyber cafe here is not really awesome anymore! sorry!
