Me and my husband are planning to come to Mauritius.. we are looking for place for stay for long term. Can anybody suggest us in what area will be safty and not so expensive to stay? We also would like to know how much is to rent a motorbike or a small car?

Choose any place on the coast. North coast is sunniest (most beautiful beaches), followed by the west coast. You can safely choose any coastal area without worrying about security.
Rental for a small car: Rs15,000 to Rs18,000 per month.
