Pizza Hut, KFC, Starbucks,Wendy's,Domino's, McD, BK and I could but won't continue are all from the states.
If you are looking for something else then TGI Fridays is also American.
A&W and Dunkin doughnuts I believe are Canadian.

American fast food chains are all over the place and there are loads of smaller restaurants around that serve US or US style heart attack meals in very large portions. If you get stuck, there's an very nice Australian chain called "Outback" that serves big steaks and all the trimmings.

A lot of smaller towns have US chain restaurants but the very small places are very limited when it comes to foreign food.
May I suggest trying local foods as Indonesia has a wild selection of delicious dishes available.
