I got unlimited card (i.e soggirno or stay permit) from italy.someone said me about the belgium,that is more better than italy to gets any opportunities. I don't know there's procedures.So,i would like to move there regarding my italian's stay permit into the belgian respective law.what should be do there for particular process to get the resident permit?i am waiting your precious suggestion.

An Italian permesso de soggiorno has no validity or basis in Belgium. You must apply for legal residence from the Belgian authorities.

A question though, why did you migrate to Italy if there's not enough opportunities?

I was thinking the same thing. What "opportunities" in Belgium is this "someone" referring to and does this person live in Belgium?
