I posted an an extremely important letter to Brussels that needs to be delivered by Friday afternoon. It arrived to Belgium a week ago, but its status has not changed since then:
21/03/2017 01:48 Your item has been sorted Charleroi X Parcel Sorter
Why is it stuck in Charleroi? Can I do anything? I cannot find any method to contact them in English.
As I said, the package/letter is very important (could be life changing), and it's depressing to see it being stuck for no reason.

I used postal couriers. First in my country, and then it was handled by Bpost.
