Most secured real estate development, both stand-alone villas and apartments, in Mauritius now are in the South West, West and Nothern parts of the island like Black River, Tamarin, Flic en Flac, Trou aux Biches, Mon Choisy, Grand Bay and Pereybere, etc.
The price can vary to a large extent depending on several criteria like the type of property itself, the location, the amenities and services and quality. Monthly rent can start as from MUR 20,000 up to MUR 100,000 and above all depending on what you are looking for.
