Advice on moving to Almeria- La Cinta Arboleas anyone?

Hi all
We have recently sold our house in Essex and are very interested in renting long term in the Almeria area of Spain. Have been looking on the web and seen several properties of interest to us. We have holidayed in the Murcia region several times over the years but are looking for a quieter area to live. Interested in an advertised house for long term rental on the Kyero web site in La Cinta Arboleas and would greatly appreciate any members views or knowledge of this area. Have google mapped it and seems nice and rural but accessible.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jack Vivian We are moving to a place near La Cinta it's El Rincon Arboleas. We had friends go there to view the villa and area for us and they say it's a lovely area

Thanks PamSeventy we too have decided to try life in Spain and both feel very excited about it all. Will let you know how we get on as we are hoping to have a quick week over there looking around Arbolelas in a couple of weeks time.
