Hello, hoping someone can offer advice. We have constructed a new house on our land. We are yet to construct a block wall but want to put up some sort of fence to stop people trespassing onto the building site.
Do we need planning permission to fence in our garden?
The property is in Port Louis.
Also does anybody have details for a good property lawyer?

You must have applied and gotten your building permit from :
http://mpl.intnet.mu/onlineblpnotice.pdf
and IMHO they would be the authority who should clarify that matter for you.
