as some sellers on ebay do shipping to tunisia and some tunisians told me that they have heard it isnt working, did anybody have actual experience? did anyone dare to order something?

My friend does regularly but can take 3 or 4 months.I don't know why but he sent himself a postcard when we went to Mexico last year just to track it.It arrived in Tunis after 6 weeks but then here after10 more months.Was stamped in Feb at Tunis and arrived here in Dec.who knows.also sometimes parcels get opemef
