Hi,

I am moving to Oman for three months in December, How much should we pay for a fully furnished flat for 2 persons for 3 months approximately?

We have a tourist visa (French passport) can we rent a flat with the tourist visa, and does someone know how much deposit companies ask you? Are thye likely to cheat you and keep the garanty at the end of the stay or can we trust them?

Does any one have good companies I can contact ( if they have a website it is better)

Hi Justine,

A fully furnished apartment (2BHK) should cost you around 650 to 800 OMR is a good apartment complex.
However, this is generally for an annual lease. You can check on Dubizzle where many of them post availibility.

In Muscat, mostly there is no concept of deposit , but they might ask you to pay the rentals in advance.

Al Habib ( Real Estate) is an agency through whom I booked mine and did not have any issues.
