Hindu / Muslim marriage, by law is not permitted in Oman. If it was a hindu gurl or u r muslim, then it is very much possible.
Oman is a Muslim state and Muslim laws don't allow a Hindu to marry a Muslim. Hence, atleast in Oman its not possible.

What's the work permit got to do with you guys getting married. If both of you have independent work visas, take some time off, get married in your home country and come back to Oman. For the records, Oman isn't the best honeymoon destination either
