Submitting Qualifications Equivalency Application to MOHE

Hi Franzyman,
Now, qualifications equivalency is must, you just visit the above mentioned website, give your all inputs and need to attach scan copies of your certificates, resident card, passport, VISA, entry page, one page profile, payment proof (for payment details, pls contact to the universities), HSC equivalency (get from Ministry of Education). After successful submission, they will send the certificates to respective universities, once they received reply from universities then they issue a Equivalency certificate but it will take time.

After the documents submission, you can check the updates in website.

Thank you for the reply. The problem i am facing is this that the university name from where i did my phd is not appearing on their site. Do you know what is the solution for it?

From HSC equivalency (get from Ministry of Education) you mean HSC in oman? If ges can you share their website or procedure for attestation?

You need to get the Equivalency for your higher secondary school certificate from Ministry of Education, Oman. Personally submit your attested original mark sheet to ministry office with fee.

Let me attempt to answer your questions .....in the same order ....

Ans: Universities generally have a stipulated format for duplicate certificates, wherein you have to specifically mention and pay the requisite fees . Once you get that - you have to get it apostled ( the process is mentioned several times in many of these threads. I have assumed that you have lost the original . Even if you have not lost it ....most institutions return the certificate to the university after a predefined period is over . the process of reissue is the same . This actually happened with my Masters Degree certificate , I had never collected it ...cuz in India , you can apply with provisional certificates.

Ans: What is this drop down list ? you have to apply to the Registrar of the University from where you have passed ? I am confused when you say you are looking at the drop down list !

Ans: No. There is absolutely no such requirement . University office with check your registration number . They have nothing to do with your HS certificate .

How long did it take for Mohe to clear the verification?

It will take time about 5-6 months.

as per this statement i need more details
they gave some account number on MOHE site but i dont know how much amount is to be paid and where  it should be paid could you give more details on it .

@chellaramvtmt sir in my status it is showing New Status. It means equivalency done or not I don't no. Last time I paid online and I called to Delhi. I spoken someone. They don. Then I have taken screenshot. But I lost it.

Now from where can I get equilency certificate. Please help me.
