Hi there! I am moving to Sydney in August! eek!! It's such a big adventure and I have a job over in CBD but am looking at places to live now. I find that alot of places ask for money up front and then they will send the keys?!??! very hesitant and not something I will be doing! If you can offer any advice on house/flat share as I hope to secure viewings before I land.
