Hi,
Got an offer : 1000 OMR + Family Accommodation + Car + Fuel Cost + Utility Bills + Medical + 30 Days paid Holiday + Family Medical + Life Assurance.
Currently earning around 15 Lacs in India (Appraisal expected very soon) + Bonus.
Family: Spouse + 2 Year old daughter.

Can anyone please help me, am really confused.

1,000.00 OMR = 162,060.32 INR

you will need for and follwing all free, Family Accommodation OMR 200-350 + Car + Fuel Cost OMR 50+ Utility Bills OMR tel/electricit 50-100 + Medical + 30 Days paid Holiday + Family Medical + Life Assurance.

i think you will spend about 200-400 your own expense, saving 600 OMR which is good as all free of cost.
