Hi,
Am a software professional with 10+ years of experience from India. I have an offer in Dubai for a contract employment of 3 to 6 months. 12K per month with VISA and flight ticket is been offered.
Once I complete one year I will be paid one month leave and air ticket to travel to home country.
Please let us know your opinion on this.

Your offer is just marginal. You can take it to have a feel for the place, maybe extend your contract or find another job later for better packages. Get your Medical Insurance covered, otherwise it is quite expensive.

They will provide 2 years employment VISA. will this allow me to search for other jobs if this project gets closed.
Will the VISA be tied to a particular employer ??
