Tax payment of Europeans in Libya

Hi everyone! Very lively blog! Wonderful!

I wonder where do people pay taxes from the incomes in Libya. Some countries allow you one year tax free if you work for a national company located in Libya, but what happens if you work for a company from another country than your residence country?

Do people open a bank account in a third country to avoid paying European taxes? In the end we are not using that much from the European system end the taxes for non residents are quite high!
