IQAMA TRANSFER & PROFESSION CHANGING

Dear Sir,
I came on work visa and I will be leaving kingdom before 90 days. I don't have iqama till 80 th day. I gave resignation  and the current Sponser promised me to send legally. Meanwhile I got a new Sponsor what he is requesting me to stay in the  kingdom for 90 days and the  process will be open for them to transfer without current Sponsor consent eventhogh he gave an exit. I want a clear cut clarity at the earliest

Chances are slim , but there are ways to work. Your dad can apply for a dependent visa and provide supporting documents / letters that you are alone and no one to look after you and that you need to be here with family. This could work if supporting documents are given. A previous exit does not matter in any case.

I have heard that some reputable professions like engineers, doctors, and managers etc. can only invite their family to Saudi Arabia.
I guess the recruitment agent will mention (فني مختبر الكيمياء) i.e.  Laboratory technician chemistry as profession on my Iqama. So, will I be entitled to bring my wife in Saudi Arabia???
If yes, then can I sponsor visa to my wife in first month i.e. before the probation period of 03 months???

   my profession on iqama is cargo labor . so i want to change it with NETWORK TECHNICIAN OR COMMUNICATION TECHNICIAN ..please tell me the procedure and fee.

  my iqama profession is house waiter. is it possible to change the status? i want to work in company as merchandiser but my iqama is not transferable. can you please tell me the procedure of how to change the profession. my sponsor gave me release but he want me to find a person to process it. thank you.

I did kafala to a company which owner is lebnoni and he has sagia. In the same time he is operating one other company which owner is saudi. He did agreement my position as maintenance supervisor. He toled me we will keep u in  a factory which will come from china. For this you will wait 5 months. And you will work with us in installation project. Now 9 months passed their factory did not come untill now and they are using me as labor loading and unloading and other works which is not related to my work. Also the sponsor in my iqama is sagia and he using me in other company which owner is saudi and my sponsor is operating his company as partner. Please tell me I want to take my kafa back. Is there any way ... thanka

Legal way is to resign from your job by informing your manager / management and ask for a release. If they refuse to do so you can approach the labor office and ask their assistance to expedite your case.

I hold PMP certification and want to change my profession to Project Management Office Specialist. Labour office in Dammam required to submit translation of PMP certificate attested by the concerned embassy and department of foriegn affairs in Saudi Arabia. The PMP certificate is issued by PMI, USA conducted examination through PROMETRIC Centers. Would you please guide me where I should approach to get attestation of my PMP certificate.

Certifications are not usually endorsed by Saudi Consulates or taken into consideration when issuing professions. You might need to show educational certifications - like Bachelors / Masters in Project Management as a major filed of study. If still going ahead, then the issuing country's saudi embassy needs to attest the certificate and in this case Saudi Embassy in US.

i am bachelor of science in agriculture major in agronomy, the position stated in my visa is agricultural engineering and i don't have any engineering certificate. i can't process my iqama right now because they required me the engineering certificate. it is possible to change my visa position from agricultural engineering to agronomy in order for me to secure my iqama immediately, and my worked now is not related to engineering works. i need your help regarding this matter.

I want to chage my sponsership to other company but my current sponser not ready to give release .And i have passport and iqama .And current sponser is in green cooler   so is any way is there to chage the sponseship.

My company has asked to to leave for indefinite period  on long leave . I have requested my company to give me transfer  . Company has agreed on it. I have just completed 1.8 months in current organization  and got the offers in hand  from otther company.
Current company is high green in nitaqat and other company i am not aware
Will there  be problem in transfer if current  and to be companies are agreed ?

(c) What are the charges, fines, or penalties should I have to pay ???

(d) Which offices in Riyadh should I have to visit ???
