Actually i haven't been there yet. I have heard that it is good, but the main reason i prefer it is that it is very close by, so no conveyance problem for me. No idea about the rates 
. I am going on vacations and when i return, i hope to join it.

its quit expensive
I am glad that my company has its own gym and its only SR300 for 1 year !!
I heard and i am not sure, KARAN rate is about SR1400 monthly !!
double check cuz i am not sure
