Hi Nigel. Thank you for your response. I did try the search engine actually. Most of the scuba forums I found are really old. I found someone mentioning that intercontinental hotel has a training course being offered so I went to check with them. Turns out they stopped that a year ago. I did find the contact of the trainer though. Will try getting in touch. Otherwise I'll have to go dammam for it I suppose.

Just stepped out of the hotel. They're saying they stopped offering it 4 years ago. Looks like we're really...REALLY late. I don't understand why all of them stopped.
