What??? Why not just do a simple search on google - it takes less time than writing the post on the blog! Typing this answer has taken ten times longer than FINDING the answer!
These guys are just one international training company that returned on a google search for: "photoshop course certificate" - http://www.expertrating.com (#5 on list actually), with adobe being the top hit.
Most computer related courses are accessed online these days with a certification available, teaching and support is via a virtual platform - not a face-to-face one.
FYI the cost is $129.99 - I'm assuming US dollars (at the site listed above).
