Education expense and housing cost in Muscat

Hi,

We are a family of 4 (including 2 kids) from Bangalore and have received an offer for a position in Muscat. Since we are very new to Oman/Muscat, wanted to know the following.

1. What is the education expense for a KG and 1st standard going kids, inclusive of the transportation for a decent (with good reputation)school ?

2. What could be the rent for a 2BHK furnished apartment? What would be the difference in rent if it is not furnished.

3. What could be the other cost of living (Grocery, Electricity, Water, Garbage, Internet etc)
