Rent will be $8,000 minimum for a hotel room size apartment. For 8,000 HK Dollars you will get four walls and nothing else for 15,000 you will get more modern building and closer to train station and for 20k and up you get more like a resort style hotel or you get to be closer to where the bars and clubs are at.
