Recruitment agencies in Singapore are mostly useless. You should contact companies in your field directly, best through connections (friends, former business partners, etc.).
In addition, you should be here to look for a job. Employers don't want to pay for travel to an interview and usually ignore applicants who don't have a local phone number.
Another advice: Brush up your language!
"19 years of qualified international work" sounds highly improbable the way you write.
Singapore is a country of native English speakers after all!
