Patient relation excecutive

Entering all Related changes and collecting all charges entred in the system.

Coordination with the instance office for all Related issues for all insurance patients i.e approvals and After hours( changes, entry, admission).

Ensures smooth and efficient customer Servicing to the customers .

Prépares reports; compiles financial statements; performs financial assessments and screening on uninsured or underinsured patients,establishes payment arrangements for patients and communicates agreements; serves as a resourse person to clinical département for debt status of patients.

Researches and reviews data to ensure accuracy of accounts and balances; performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
