Hi all,

Figured there hasn't been a thread topic on this yet. I would like to share my stats:

First EP Application, applied on Jan 26, working in financial services industry. Now status is showing Pending on the EP Status Check. Will update you on any changes.

Hi all,

For me I will start as an assistant professor in university in Singapore. I have first application submitted third week of January. I am waiting now with pending status.

Application approval times are a hit and miss, sometimes you get it in 1 week (like mine) or you get it in a few weeks to a few months. It is a plus if you have been working and currently in Singapore. But it also does not guarantee anything. So is a high salary offer.

Patience is a virtue in the pass approval waiting game.

Sharing my experience:

EP applied: 6 Jan
EP approved: 17 Jan
Industry: Tech
Current location: Overseas

However, I have heard that they are restricting entry due to the Covid situation. Has anyone had any issues, even when an IPA has already been issued?

Can I know where u guys able to check the status of ep application? Is it ask for your HR for the log in if and SingPass password?

Or solely u can’t check the application status by yrself without the log in id and password?

I’m a first time ep applicant

You can enter your details in option no 2 if you don’t know the date of application.

Is it under enquire/application pass status
Then key in yr travel document number and date of birth under option 2?

If so why the system show no record be found?

In short: Get the FIN number from your employer and use that to log into EPOL!
