To relocate to Singapore, you need a valid visa.
Visa are issued for the following purposes:
- Short term visit (one month, can be extended to three months in some cases) - STVP
- Joining close relatives as a dependent (spouse, parent or child) - LTVP and DP
- Studies - Student Pass
- Employment - WP, S-Pass, EP and PEP
- Starting a business - EntrePass
- Investment - GIP
You should google them and read about the requirements. Which one do you want to (or can you) pursue?
