Police clearance

My company is not giving NOC which is required to get a good conduct/police clearnce .its like giving an option to resign instead of continue working.All i need is a police clearance to process my spousal visa in usa and while processing not to waste time and continue working as usual...anyone knows can help..appreciate.thanks

Usually noc is not required. Don't know why they are asking you for one. If it is required then there is nothing you can do except try to convince your employer.

It's a requirement from the Ministry of interior that to provide NOC letter from the company to the employee , so s/he can get the certificate

That's what I am saying. I got one last week and noc was not needed. But if you work for a government or semi government organization.... And for a few countries it is needed.
