Hi @XTang I would know if I applied for visa through a agency and I got the same issue like have to go for muhaisna to do the TB test but the result come saying "follow up after 1 year". It mentioned in red letters in bottom line. And now my agency they said thay can't stamp my visa due to this issue . They have applied for me partnership visa for 2 years but now they are denied and they said thay can't apply for my visa. Can you please explain what can I do now. Thanks

They can apply for a visa but not a 2 year.  A one year provisional visa is what you can go for.

I asked them to do that but as they apply for 2 years partner visa they said they cannot do my visa for 1 year. Is there any office can I check regarding this? And the do they issue medical fitness saying only for 1 year? I'm just  wondering because this agency asked me some more money and they said they can do something. I'm planing to go to the clinic and check what is all about.  Do you think they are issuing fitness certificate like this?

Your agency are crooks. The clinic won't help you. They don't do anything for visas. A proper agency will just apply for a one year visa and you will go every 6 months for a follow up and treatment.

Change the agency if you can.

I had a follow-up request where the Dr said she saw scarring on my lungs and then started to question me as though it might be TB.

I did not have TB as it would have shown up in my blood tests, plus I have never had any symptoms. So I advised the Dr I had COVID in December which could account for scarring. She agreed and gave me a "FIT" Green Pass that day.

BUT when I saw my GP a week later and asked for an xray so she could assess the extent of the scaring, the diagnostic center report came back and stated my lungs were completely normal!

This is very worrying that the Fitness center can pick you up for something as serious as TB when you don't have any symptoms and tell you they have seen scarring when there is no proof of scarring.

First of all, TB does not appear in the normal visa medical blood tests.  Secondly, from a scarring angle and a medical standpoint, any minor scarring (despite lungs being otherwise normal) is picked up in the visa medical.  Any normal x-ray place outside of the medical fitness will always give a report of normal with minor scarring.

1. To your point, the Specialist Radiologist from Aster Medinova Diagnostic Centre was specifically looking for scarring (minor or not) as that is what my GP and I had asked them to do following the visa medical result. He as a Specialist Radiologist, found none.
2. My GP and her peers also looked at the x-ray and saw no evidence of scarring of any level .

This "follow-up" was stressful, and left me in a state of anxiety. Right now I have no proof of anything the visa medical center found that warranted me being called back.

I am just glad my GP and the Diagnostic centre gave me a clean bill of health.

That is very strange then. But it could be that the Xray in the visa medical wasn't done properly ie contamination or exposure. In any case, the outcome was good so alls well that ends well.

i have sone my duabi visa medical 2 days back. In DHA apo niw its showing “RESULT ISSUED”. But how can i know the status of the test ? Fit or not.  Can i download the result ?

They wouldve been sent to the email and mobile number that you had put in your application.

Urgent question please

Tomorrow I have a flight and today I made my visa cancellation and eye scan in block 5 al muhaisnah  because of an old tb in my lungs. They give me 28 days to stay but I am willing to exit tomorrow. Do I need any other paper to exit the country like out pass  or the paper ( visa cancellation after entry) they give me in the morning is enough?

Please if anyone can give me an answer.

@Namir Nassi oh, that's so sad to hear. As far as I know your cancellation paper should be enough for you to cross immigration along with your passport.  Sad things didn't work out for you here. I'm sure something better awaits you best of luck.

I m living here in sharjah for the last 8 years (since 2015) .. I got a new job in dubai and my new visa was in process. I went for the medical to al nahda but results were Follow up in process.. and I was told to go to Muhaisnah medical center.. they did my blood test and it came with a letter mentioning aids ... I m so worried.. its showing Follow up with Muhaisnah medical center.  What will happen next?

Please guide me . The person who had scar of the lungs got visa for only 1 year we talked to the agency but they don't have a proper answer. If anyone els had face the same issue here ? Please guide me what to do with this because paid almost 10000 for the 2 years visa. Is there anything we can do for this.
