I am a Turkish citizen and moving to Amsterdam in January as a highly-skilled expat. I have a close friend who owns a house(landlord) and I will stay with him for 4 months. Can I register to his address without a rental contract? He will provide a consent form but we don't have a contract between us since we are childhood friends
