I need a short stay (4 motnhs )in Rotterdam and I found this site

Has anyone heard of it or checked it? The price seems a bit tricky for their facilities adn I want to make sure I don't fall in any trap.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.
I can't see your link; however, Romania and the Netherlands are both in the EU and you have the right to live and work anywhere within the EU. The only requirement on you is that you have 5 working days from arrival in the Netherlands to go to the local Gemeente (Council) and register your residence. There is no requirement to pay anybody except the local council whatever they charge for the process.
