Anyone used IMGEurope for travel insurance?

I've seen many reviews about IMG Global (seems this is the one based in U.S) but nothing on IMG Europe.

What is IMG Europe's support like?..also, if you've ever had to make a claim, what is the claims process like?

I've never heard of IMG in any of its forms; I've found a review written about them on the Internet; this link will take you there.

If anyone's interested, there are some positive reviews about IMG Europe products here.

All have gold status (8 out of 10 stars). The protectionreview company is legit. I checked out their company registration number at:
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/search?q=07016967

BTW, I can't seem to access the full review for IMG Europe GlobeHopper on that site. Does anyone else have the same issue. It comes up with:
