I want to travel to the Philippines and stay there for 4 months
but in my country in salvador central america, there is no embassy of the philippines,
my question is how can I do to acquire a visa, a permit,
there is an office in philippines, such as to get the whatssapp of ellso or the email and communicate with them,
my trip will be in January 2020
someone could do me the favor of finding out, I'll thank you very much.
Even if it has some cost this help.

No. Just go to the nearest Bureau of Immigration and get an extension. First one is good for 30 days and after that you can get 2 month extensions. No need to leave the Philippines.

Will you be staying in Manila? The main office of the Bureau of Immigration is in Intramuros if you are or go to one of their satellite offices.
No need to go to the US if you can get a quicker and/or cheaper flight from your home country.
