Government grants and support to expats setting up business

I am Bob from Singapore. I am a media and telecommunication personnel who travels around the world constantly to film documentaries for TV channels. I am looking for opportunities and government support schemes to setup my media content management operations in Iceland. Anyone could help and advice?
