House and property insurance in costa rica

When owning land in costa rica are there a number of companies one can choose from to buy house and property insurance? What are the usual things covered? Fire? Theft? Property damage?
Earthquake damage? etc? Approximately how much does it cost?
Has anyone had good or bad experiences with any particular insurance company? Can anyone recommend any insurance companies?

There is a good ex Pat company in San Jose called Garrett Brothers . They usually write a column in Tico Times Newspapers and are hoinest and helpful
