Howdy,

a hotel in this larger city offers a 25 m² room for 5,000.000 d and wants 6,000.000 d for a 30 m² room. That's quite low a price, with electricity included.

Hope this will help as normal rental contracts require pre-payment of months' of rent or the whole sum for the duration of the contract.
