I purchased one samsung S9 PLUS mobile before two days @ dirham online .com by online shopping,

But mobile is not working same day i try on but not on, then i will call to him he is not answering and block me i sent mail to him but till not reply , i want to know where i complain and how i will complain against him and where i complain because i am in madinah and office is riyadh .

please if any body know tell me

It sounds like a really shady site. Never buy from unknown online retailers - a lot of people set up sites and sell fake or non working products. And they do this out of their homes using throwaway SIMs.

If you have documentation i.e. their office address and so on, you can go complain to the police - they may send you to the court. There is no easy way to get your money back I am afraid.

I think the s9 which you have bought from this durham.online is may be 400 to 500 riyal .I think you can contact this dirham.online through facebook and message them he will reply you within 15 minutes
