Hello to everyone,

I am new in this forum.
I own an apartment in Poznan and I need a company who will run the place.
I mean find good tenants, make a contract with them and will be there if any problem occurs.
I have looked over on the internet, send emails to a few companies but did not get any answers.

I still live in my country and can't take care of it by myself.
I would appreciate any kind of information.

Hello Shlomit,
How about renting the apartment to me and my family. I and my wife who is a kindergarten teacher just relocated to Poznan with our 3 children from Nigeria.

We are looking for an apartment where we would stay long term. We are decent family and can adequately take care of the apartment while we ensure prompt payment of rent.
