Hi I marry when I was only 16yrs old in 1989 and separated for 28 years, as I understand family code is in 1988 stated that legal age is 18 years old, so mine is null and void. How can i dissolve my marriage so I can remarry It is so difficult to find lawyers, will the process take long the same with annulment?
Any advise please will be highly appreciated thank you in advance.

I see your location is Kuwait. Are you Filipino? Were you married in the Philippines? Do you have children? I cannot give legal advice, but would think that your marriage may not be null and void if your parents gave approval or if there were children. But even if it is, annulment is often a long process. It can take 2-3 years, depending on the attorney, court where filed, and the judge.

You really need to speak with an attorney here in the Philippines if that's where you were married.
