I would not recommend to carry more than one month, with or without prescription. Also keep in mind that while generally, it is not an issue to carry medicine with prescription - sometimes, they become very technical i.e. get the prescription attested by the Saudi embassy in home country for it to be considered as valid. Although, usually, they do that for drugs which have the potential for abuse e.g. tramadol and / or for carrying large amounts i.e. more than a month. And yes, most times, you won't even be stopped irrespective of anything I have written above but then again, its your luck.
