I cycle a bike as my everyday transport to and from work, which builds exercise into my routine, saving both time and money.  I find it quite easy to cycle in Dar es Salaam.  Tanzania is also a great place for fruit, vegetables, nuts etc which are local, fresh and good value for money, so it is quite easy to have a healthy diet here.  I eat hardly any processed foods.
