Is SMA city management working effectively with expats

How is SMA Mayor and others working effectively with the expat community.  Is it a safe place?  Is it Clean, Is Traffic well managed. How is the infrastructure for clean waters, sewers, etc

The place is the worst  Stay away because the rest of us want to have this beautiful place to ourselves!!! LOL

Well, the Mexican Government has just stepped in to help out sma local government.... https://noticiasconvalorsma.com/2019/02 … e-delitos/

They combined SMA with Celaya, about 30 miles away.  Meaning you have the statistics for 2 cities rather than just one.  Still a heck of a lot lower than Houston, Texas or any other big city in the USA. But thanks for sending the info.

And if you read the article in San Miguel times it spells out that over 90% of the areas killings happened outside of SMA in Celaya, Salamanca and other outlying areas. I'm sure the primary reason for locating in SMA is the infrastructure that already exists for the housing of military units in the area. The other small towns in Guanajuato would not be as hospital and SMA is located about the same distance away from the other mentioned locations. This deployment is also consistent with AMLO's campaign promise to increase military and police presence throughout the country to increase citizen safety and impede the growth of the cartels.

Hospitable not hospital, damn autocorrect!!'

Just plain rude
